The fantastic location, just a short walk from the train station and city center. The staff, particularly the two brothers, who treated guests like family. The cleanliness of the hostel, with daily housekeeping and a clean room and bathroom. Free wine in the living room added to the enjoyable stay.
The roommates in the shared accommodation affected the experience, with some engaging in inappropriate activities. The lack of a common area to relax in after a certain time, limiting options for guests in the evenings.

The location was perfect, right next to the train station and close to the center of town. During my stay at 5 Terre Backpackers City, we were impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. They provided us with helpful advice and made us feel right at home. The hostel's location, just a stone's throw away from the train station, was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. We were also delighted by the delicious homemade granola and yogurt served for breakfast.
One minor drawback was the lack of a common area to relax in. Although there was a designated space in the bar, it closed at 10pm, limiting our options for evening socializing.
